The new potential tenant would have to email management their full name, all occupants, and which apt they are applying to. They will be sent an email invite to the building's application.
They need to apply along with the required documentation. Once they are done, they would need to email management again to process the application.
The new tenant would have to have decent credit and would have to have a gross income of 40 times the rent (if a guarantor is used for the account the financial requirement is solely based upon the guarantor. they would need to have a gross income of 80 times the rent). Once approved, the new tenant will sign a lease.
