We’re seeking a cat lover to sublet our apartment from December 11th to January 13th. The space is yours entirely, including a fully furnished bedroom with a desk and comfy chair—perfect for remote work.

We’re offering a discounted rate of $950 for the month in exchange for caring for our sweet 12-year-old cat, Millie. She’s a loving orange tabby who naps most of the day but enjoys meals, cuddles, and attention. Millie requires a simple pill in the morning and evening.

The apartment is a cozy 1-bedroom on the border of Long Island City and Astoria, three blocks from the subway stop and 3 stops from Midtown Manhattan. It’s close to great shops, restaurants, and attractions like the Museum of the Moving Image.
