Elevator, Hardwood floors, very good light, with full bed, twin bed (has a weight maximum), and convertible sofa. Subway is 10 seconds away, brand new library across the street as well as a 24/7 supermarket. Starbucks on the corner, with other cafes/bakeries/restaurants within 1-4 block radius. Seeking a mindful person, couple, or family to sublet up to 11 days: Feb 11-22 and April 1-11, 2026.
About This Lister
I work in international relations and will be out of town during this period. We currently rent the space, and there is a super on site in case of any issue/s. Neighbors are ridiculously quiet, so the stay should be peaceful.
