The room is located on the 3rd floor of a townhouse, up two flights of stairs, inside a 3Bed/1Bath unit. We are located off Bedford Ave and N7th St; the train station is on the block. Perfect for students, professional or leisure travelers, and those moving back to NYC who need some flexibility. This room is also equipped for those who need to work from home.

- The common areas will be shared with (2) others; this includes the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom. Your other roommates are quiet, tidy, millennial professionals who have also found themselves looking for short-term options.
- Fully Furnished. Each room features a full bed, desk, and clothing storage.
- We have a gas stove + oven and a vintage fridge. The cabinets, pots, and spices are fully stocked. We also have a Nespresso, a toaster, a microwave, and a juicer.
- Paper goods, cleaning supplies, household supplies & tools (Iron, Blow dryer), and some toiletries are provided.
- The apartment and room are cleaned before you check in and then cleaning becomes a communal effort for all throughout your stay.
- We do not have laundry or parking on site, but there are options very very close by!
