This cozy, wood-paneled loft is available from May 8 - August 15. It's beautifully furnished and gets lots of light. The apartment is located in the historic Normandy Village in North Berkeley. Downtown BART, Chez Panisse, Saul's, and UC Berkley Campus are all in walking distance.
The loft comfortably fits two people. It has wood floors, a full bed, gas stove, dishwasher, kitchen supplies, and workspace with a monitor. There's also a washer/dryer shared with my landlady and one other apartment. My landlady lives next door and shares her garden and grill with tenants.
There is no parking on-site, but a street parking permit for the summer might be possible.

Rent is $2570/month, which covers utilities and wifi. I'll also ask for a $250 security deposit and sub-letter lease agreement.
I’ll be traveling from early May - early August, but my dates are somewhat flexible in August so feel free to reach out even if your dates don't exactly match the posting. I'm ideally looking for one person or a couple for at least 10 weeks.
