I am looking to rent out my apartment in Crown Heights while I'm gone for the holidays.

It's an extremely cute and enormous one bedroom with a separate kitchen in an elevator building. I've lived here for a year and it's so cozy in the winter. It gets a ton of light and our landlord cranks the heat. I spend a lot of time watching movies on my big projector or cuddled up with a book on my big ole arm chair.

Close to the 2/5 trains and the 3 is a few more blocks away. There are a ton of cute bars, coffee shops, and restaurants on Rogers 5-10 minutes away. It's also a 5 minute subway ride or a really nice 20 minute walk to Franklin. Other highlights close by are the Brooklyn Museum, the Botanic Garden, and Prospect Park.

I am a producer and writer based in Brooklyn and originally from California. I've lived in Crown Heights for 7 years and love this neighborhood. It's a great community. Have rented this apartment for a year and the building is quiet but full of people who are courteous and into taking care of each other.
In terms of logistics, I'd leave keys in a lock box for you to pick up/drop off and a very detailed google doc with everything you need to know about the place.
I have every piece of kitchen equipment known to man.
