Close to Smith and Court Streets with loads of coffee shop, restaurant, workout studios, and grocery store options including Trader Joe's, Rucola, and Brooklyn Inn. Downtown Brooklyn shopping is a 10-minute walk away. Extremely close to the F/G train and the A/C and 1/2/3 are walking distance as well. Fourth floor walkup and no laundry in building, although a laundromat is about a block away.

Full size bed with some dresser and closet space, along with a cubby above the closet.

No pets or smoking. I adore my apartment and am very clean and respectful of it, looking for someone who shares the same sentiments. One person, no couples.
