This apartment is in a wonderful location, a block from Malcom X Park (also known as Meridian Hill park). So you get the lawn, the dogs, the drum circle, and a great place to picnic and enjoy the day.

This is a ground-floor one bedroom so there is not a ton of natural light, but it is a pristine and welcoming space, with doors to the outside at the front and the back. We have stylish furnishings, and the couch is also a sofa-bed.
