Hi Everyone! I’m renting a private bedroom in a two-room apartment. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk, and a built-in wall closet.
You’ll share the fully furnished apartment with me, including an equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a peaceful shared outdoor space.
Located on a quiet street just a 5-minute walk from the Los Feliz Theatre, Figaro Bistrot, and all the great restaurants, cafés, and shops in the neighborhood.
The rate is all-inclusive (utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, linens, and basic household supplies).
