The apartment is on the 7th floor, and the building has an elevator. There is AC and heating. Laundry and a gym are in the building.

The studio has a big window, and the neighborhood is very quiet. There is a bus stop right in front of the building, which makes it very easy to get around.

All utilities included.

The Giant grocery store is about a 12-minute walk. There is also a small grocery store at the bottom of the next building. Open City cafe is about a 7-8-minute walk away.

The apartment is furnished. I can leave the bed, bed frame, table, and chair for an additional payment.

No pets.

Parking for the building may be available for an additional fee. Street parking in the area is usually fine(?)
