I’m subletting my fully furnished one-bedroom apartment in Park Slope. The apartment is a cozy, light-filled retreat in a classic brownstone on a beautiful, tree-lined street, just half a block from Prospect Park. It’s on the third floor of a quiet, 10-unit building and has been my home base for several years — comfortable, calm, and well-suited for both remote work and everyday living.

The Space
The apartment is clean, bright, and thoughtfully arranged. The living room features 13-foot ceilings and three large windows, which create an open, airy feel. The space includes a comfortable living room, a dining table that seats four, two desk options for working from home, and a standard bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner electric stove, compact oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and all the essentials for cooking and baking (pots, pans, utensils, Kitchen-Aid, and more). Whether you’re making simple weeknight meals or Sunday dinner, you’ll have what you need.

The bedroom is generously sized, with a full-size bed, ample closet space, and two dressers. Radiator heat keeps the apartment warm and cozy; the radiators were recently updated and are quiet and efficient. However, if you run warm, the windows are fully functional.

There’s no in-unit washer/dryer, but the building has coin-operated laundry, easily accessible via the interior stairwell.

Building & Neighborhood
The building is quiet, well-maintained, and home to friendly, respectful neighbors. Street parking is generally manageable, with spots often available on this block or nearby streets.

Transit access to:
• 2/3 at Grand Army Plaza
• B/Q at Flatbush
• Buses: B41, B67, B69, B63
• R at Union Street
• F/G at 7th Ave / 9th Street

Prospect Park is steps away, and spring is a lovely time to enjoy long walks, morning runs, or weekend lounging. 7th Avenue is filled with cafés, restaurants, and grocery options.

If you’re interested, please reach out with your desired dates and a little bit about yourself. Happy to answer questions and share more details.

About This Lister

Having lived in this apartment for six years, I’ve fallen in love with the neighborhood and my wonderful neighbors. I split my time between New York and Paris.

By day, I work remotely in the nonprofit world, and by night you’ll usually find me reading, cooking, or wandering Prospect Park (oorrrr taking in a season of Love Island or Traitors). I split my time between New York and abroad.

I keep a very clean, calm, well-cared-for home and am generally a low-impact, respectful human. While I’ll be traveling during the sublet, I’m easy to reach and happy to share neighborhood tips or local favorites.

Having used the Listings Project to sublet my apartment several times, I am grateful to have maintained connections with many of those who’ve stayed here, several of whom have returned for multiple visits.
