The space includes a queen bed, a private bathroom, and a small kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. Everything is set up to give you your own space while still feeling at home.

The neighborhood is quiet and residential, yet very well connected. The G line at Myrtle Willoughby is just a short 3 minute walk, and the M, J, and Z lines are about a 15 minute ride away. You’ll also find plenty of local cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby.

The room comes fully furnished and works perfectly for solo travelers or couples who want a relaxed, private place to stay while exploring Brooklyn.

Weekly rental is $650, Monthly rate is available upon request. Utilities are included.
