Stay in my sunny and cozy top-floor, south-facing apartment in the lively central area of Friedrichshain.

The flat features a lovely sunny balcony perfect for morning coffee, a very spacious living room with separate dining, working, and lounging areas, a generous bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator, but it’s definitely worth the climb!

The flat is just around the corner from Boxhagener Platz, where you'll find numerous restaurants, bars, a Saturday food market, and a Sunday flea market. However, the flat itself is on a super quiet, non-touristy street, so you get the best of both worlds.

The apartment is just a 3-minute walk to the U-Bahn Samariterstraße (U5) subway station. From there, you have direct connections to Alexanderplatz (7 minutes), Brandenburger Tor (12 minutes), and Hauptbahnhof (15 minutes). Ostkreuz is a 15-minute walk away, providing direct connections to BER Airport in just 18 to 20 minutes.

The flat is suitable for calm, mature individuals. STRICLTY NO PARTIES or loud noise is allowed in the flat, my space is only for quiet, respectful people. The neighbors are families and older people. You will surely find a lot of peace and a calm retreat from the busy city.

The cost is 480 EUR a week. We can talk about a small discount for a longer period, a shorter stay is also possible.
