Also walking distance from the A, C, and J trains as well as the B52,, B15, B38. Room is partially furnished with an air conditioner and a bed frame(bed frame can be removed). The room has a closet. The apartment has two roommates with bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment. The apartment comes with one full bath, located closest to your room, and one half bathroom, located closer to my room. 5 month minimum stay with a potential option to extend. This apartment is on the second floor. Common spaces are fully furnished (living room/kitchen). There's a washer and dryer in the building, and a shared backyard. Utilities are not included in the rent. There are currently two cats living in the space, so ideally looking for an animal lover. The building and the apartment are well-maintained. Looking to maintain a calm, peaceful and respectful living space.

I occasionally enjoy hosting family or friends, but for the most part enjoy the apartment as a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I'm easygoing, considerate, and communicative. I enjoy a neat space and don't mind being the one the straighten up, but would like someone who cleans up after themselves as well.
