Hello!
I have a gorgeous room for rent in Bushwick. The room is HUGE and has an ensuite bathroom and two huge closets in the room, as well as two huge closets in the living area, lots of space! Room comes unfurnished. Apartment has washer dryer in unit, dishwasher, gym, movie room, game room with ping pong and pool, and an incredible roof. The building is called Castlebraid. My current roommate is moving out and I need to replace her room by March 1st. Rent is $1907, very open space with many windows and natural light.

I am a 27 year old single woman. I work nights everyday except for Wednesday and Thursdays, and am a very clean and tidy roommate. I love to maintain a calm and serene living space, and looking for someone who feels the same.

Rental requirements
Must have proof of income, lease ends in 9/1 and if you want it you can resign for the next year. Deposit is $1907. Showings can happen anyday before 3pm, or all day on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
