I'm looking for a roommate to fill the second bedroom of my apartment. The apartment is a two bed, two bath with washer/ dryer in unit. There is a large living room and kitchen that opens on to a small but lovely deck. The kitchen has a full size fridge, five burner stove, a deep sink, and dishwasher. There is also a small office that is for now serving as a storage space.

The apartment is furnished and I'm not looking for any new common space furniture or kitchen objects, but the room will be unfurnished. The room has a sizeable closet and can fit a full mattress with a space efficient bedframe, and a dresser or desk. This apartment is likely best suited for someone who works in office or only works from home once a week or so.

The apartment is located equidistant between the B/Q Prospect Park stop and the 2/5 Sterling St stop and surrounded by great bus lines. We're about a 10 minute walk to Prospect Park and the south entrance of the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. Lovely restaurants and coffee shops on Rogers and Flatbush too! PLG is truly a great neighborhood.
