We’re looking for a third roommate to join our 3 bed/2 bath lease starting July 1st. The apartment is third and top floor of an old building (brick chimneys) with new interiors and tall cielings. You would be sharing one of the bathrooms. We are a 12min walk to Myrtle-Wyckoff L and M and a 13min walk to the Gates J stop.

- Central air and in unit washer + dryer
- Rooftop access (great for watching the sunset over Manhattan)
- 5min walk to Irving Square Park

We often find ourselves running late due to a spontaneous kitchen chat, so you’ve been warned, but also really value keeping the home calm and quiet (especially in the mornings). You’d be a good fit if you too do your dishes as you go, will rewatch Fleabag with us, and appreciate an artisan candle:)

We’re considering adding a cat to our family, so we ask that you’re open to that.

Marina, 32, has been in the apartment the longest! She works in the arts, creates some pretty neat silver pieces herself, and can frequently be found reading or doing the crossword with coffee in hand.
Nina, 27, originally from VT, works in public health and does aerial circus. She loves to cook, knit, and bike around town.
