The main bedroom with king bed is the entire second floor of the house, and includes a desk/reading nook, a full bathroom, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private balcony. This room is very spacious, but is “loft style,” and does not have a door. There are curtains installed for privacy.

There is a small bedroom downstairs is a queen bed, and is right next to another full bath and a laundry closet.

There is a queen pullout sofa bed, which is a surprisingly comfortably memory foam mattress.

There are many windows throughout the house, including big sliding doors and skylights.

The front door is connected to a deck that wraps around to the side of the house, with a short staircase leading up to the door. There is a way to get to the house without stairs, but no matter what it requires walking up an incline.

There is one asphalt driveway and two gravel driveways.

The house is situated at the top of a steep private road, will require 4-wheel drive in winter with good tires.
