Create personal Wikipedia page

I have prepared 90% of a submission for a personal Wikipedia page.
However, I absolutely do not know or understand how to put up a personal Wikipedia page.
Although there is no actual deadline, because I am in my 80s, this project has become rather pressing for me.
I am looking for someone with real Wikipedia experience.
I would be so delighted to find that someone.
