Would you be interested in sharing a bit of land with a caring, nature loving human?

Hello! I'm a writer, herbalist, mother, and conscientious community member who recently purchased a beautiful tiny house on wheels (THOW). I’m looking to transport the THOW to a fairly secluded spot in the Hudson Valley (or somewhere within about 3 hours drive of NYC). I plan to stay in and work from the house part time, roughly every other week, with longer stretches in summer (ie, not a primary residence).

Ideally, the house would be sited away from a road, there would be water hookup, and electricity (but can do without the latter). Sewage hookup a plus (but not entirely necessary). The house is fully ready to connect to the grid if that’s available, but I can make do off grid if needed.

The dimensions are 8 feet wide by 26 feet long by 13 feet high.

It would be great to rent a spot for at least a year or more if it works out. Budget is somewhere between $600-800/mo (max). Also open to work-trade.
