I am seeking a long- term sublet for my cozy & cute Greenpoint Apartment while I am traveling! If you do not know Greenpoint it is one of the best neighborhoods in Brooklyn with lots to do and see just outside of your door!

The apartment is fully furnished with an updated bathroom and kitchen. Looking for someone (or a couple) who is respectful and also good with cats! This apartment has been a sanctuary for many slow mornings and dinner parties with friends and feels like home in the bustle of NYC.

Ideal for someone who needs to spend some time working from home as there is plenty of space to get creative / inspired.

The apartment is located a 4 min walk from the G train so getting into the city is easy and takes about 20 mins to get into Manhattan. There are plenty of art studios, yoga / pilaties studios, galleries, book shops, markets, and stores / restaurants around the corner on Franklin and you are a 15 min walk from McGlroick Park! You are a 15-20 min walk to Williamsburg as well or a 10 min train.
