2nd floor walk up with nice light super-close to the train and all the diverse food bars and cafes of crown heights. The street is relatively quiet but it's brooklyn so it's also occasionally not quiet. It'll be really nice early summer/spring while the space is available.

A dog and a cat live in the space normally but the dog will also be out of town, there's a discount if you're willing to take care of my awesome cat while staying.

Looking for someone to take a whole 6 weeks.

3000/month so 4500 in total (3000 by 5/1 and 1500 by 6/1) and asking a 1500 security deposit.
