This is a bright, thoughtfully designed 1-bedroom with a king bed, large closet, and a small bonus room that I use for art and yoga practice. The bonus space can easily transform into a cozy guest room with a queen air mattress and full bedding provided.

Optional Cat Care Exchange
I have an 11-year-old cat who is snuggly, easygoing, in great health, and extremely friendly (especially toward anyone who feeds her!).
If you’re open to caring for her during your stay (very low maintenance), I’m happy to offer a discounted rate in exchange. This is completely optional — she also has another place she can stay if preferred.

Cat Care (Optional + Discounted Rate):
I have an extremely sweet, healthy 11-year-old cat. If you’re open to caring for her (very low maintenance), I’m happy to offer a discounted rate. She also has another place to stay, so this is not required.

Timing:
Open to short- or full-term stays depending on fit. Would ideally confirm ASAP given our shorter timeline, but flexible.
Pets Policy
I currently have both a dog and a cat and as long as yours are well-behaved, they are welcome. My dog will not be home during the sublet and my cat has tentative plans. But being a cat, she loves to stay in her own space. Please let me know if you’d be open to this.
