It's a spacious room for rent in Bushwick (in a 2BR apartment - you would share with me best friend)

The apartment is one block away from the J train, Kosciousko stop, so less than 14 minutes to the Lower East Side.

It's also a 5 min walk to the M train, a 10 min walk to Maria Hernandez Park and a 15 min walk to the L.

The area is close to bodegas, bars and restaurants.

It includes: private patio/deck, washer/dryer, central AC, private bathroom, Peloton bike, desk w/Screen, fast wifi.

No pets.

Ideally looking for someone who can take it the whole time: April 22 till May 11 -- can be slightly flexible.
