I live in the front house so if there’s any issues, I’m available.
I am a happy, friendly, social and nice landlord!
During the summer, I’m usually out by the pool with friends, relaxing.
I have a friendly dog on occasion, my daughter brings her dog who is adorable but can instigate through the fence.
My mother who lives with me part time has a sweet dog also.
I have two vehicles I park in my driveway, my mother parks her vehicle in the drive way and when my daughter visits she parks in the driveway.

Please let me know if you want peace and quiet or if you are wanting to chit chat and hang out at times.
