I’m subletting my furnished two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in the Golden Square Mile, on Rue Redpath near the Museum of Fine Arts. It’s a great location — quiet, tree-lined street but just a short walk to everything downtown: Sherbrooke, Sainte-Catherine, McGill, Concordia, cafés, restaurants, shopping, hotels, and transit.

The apartment is about 1,200 sq. ft. and was recently renovated with a new kitchen, new bathrooms, hardwood floors, and recessed lighting. It’s on the second floor of a small mid-century four-story building with an elevator.

Nice layout, with a large living room and open kitchen concept. The primary bedroom has generous closet space, and the second bedroom is furnished with the basics. The apartment comes with beds, table, LR furniture, kitchenware, dishes, a coffee maker, toaster, and other essentials — easy to move right in.

A heated indoor parking space is included (a big bonus in winter). The building allows pets, and I’m open to small pets with a modest additional deposit. There’s also a dog park just up the street.

Apt is move in ready just bring your own bedding and towels. Basic Kitchen stuff is inlcluded.

Large open plan LR and Kitchen. Large bedrooms with ample light. Tons of closet space throughout.

Available December 1 (possibly sooner) through end of March.
I rented the apartment for a consulting project that wrapped up early, so I’m simply looking to cover my costs — not trying to make a profit.
