The apartment is very clean, cozy, and welcoming.

TRAINS:
The 2 & 3 express train is just around the corner! Very reliable.
+ A short walk (~5 mins) to other trains like the A/C, D, R, and the 6.

Getting anywhere in the city is so easy from here.

The neighborhood is great: the apartment is across the street from a school, so it feels very wholesome.
You are so close to Central Park's Northwoods - which is great if you are into running, morning walks, etc.

Plus, there are lots of cute cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, including good options for groceries: Wholefoods, TraderJoe, Lidl, and Freshmarket.

The apartment is perfect for one person or a couple! No pets pls!
