Seeking other professionals or creative practices to share our renovated office space on the third floor at 1270 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, NY, in Bed-Stuy. The space is currently occupied by architects, other professionals, and a Siberian Husky. We're located almost directly on top of the Nostrand Av. A/C subway station. The space has 18 desks with very large, north-facing windows, as well as south-facing windows in the back. The space includes a bathroom, kitchenette, shared meeting/conference space, shared model-making room, and very large (63" x 31.5") desks. We have 24 hour / 7 day per week access, high speed internet (300/50), pin-up space, a shared coat closet, filtered water, an espresso machine and coffee / tea provided. Please note there is no elevator.

$450/month dedicated desk, preferably on a longer term basis as we don't have a lot of turnover. Approx. 8-10 desks available immediately (March 1, 2026).
