Just over the NY border we finally found it in Honesdale, PA. Our rental is right on Main Street with an independent bookstore, a great coffee shop, farm-to-table spots, a drugstore and even a scenic hike is just blocks away.
Narrowsburg, Callicoon and Lake Wallenpaupack are just 25 mins away.
The 3rd (top) floor of our 1800s brick building is an airy 3-bedroom loft overlooking Main Street. It's a great perch for people-watching, deep work, or figuring out what's next.
The building itself is part of the appeal - a beloved activity space for kids on the ground floor, working artist studios and offices on the second. It's a genuinely mixed-use creative building. We host workshops, retreats and other events right in the building.
If you’re looking for a spot to test your new business with an actively engaged audience, you can turn one of your bedrooms into an office, or we have an office on the second floor that can be added for the right tenant.

My background is in fashion and event production, and collaboration has always been central to how I build spaces and communities. That instinct is what brought us to Honesdale, a small town that has been genuinely excited about its own growth for the past decade, and one that rewards people who show up with intention.
For tenants doing public-facing work on Main Street, I'm happy to actively support your presence through our social media channels, local networks, and connections with the chamber of commerce. We're invested in seeing the people in our building succeed.
My husband and I connect personally with everyone we consider, a short video call to make sure it's a good mutual fit. We're particular about our little slice of Main Street and respect our other tenants so want to make sure we all gel well.
