About this Lister

Hi, my name is Rasha and I’m an empathy-driven Researcher with over 8 years of experience in human-centered design and a track record of delivering impactful research outcomes.

Background and Expertise

Professionally, I’ve had a winding road to get to where I am and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Starting out with my undergraduate Business degree with a focus on Information Systems set up a strong foundation of understanding processes in complex environments. This led me to do my Masters program in Health Informatics and then transition into the Design Thinking world. Doing Service Design and Design Research at the hospital was incredible and rewarding. I intertwined all my experiences and problem-solving skills as a solo UX Researcher at a health-tech startup.

Now I've decided to start my own boutique consultancy firm, KUBBA Studios, providing Design Research and UX Research expertise. Looking forward to working with you!
