We have two desks available in our open-plan office in DUMBO, just a 2-minute walk from the F train. The space is filled with natural light and has stunning views of the Manhattan Bridge.

Each desk comes with a filing cabinet. There's a mini fridge in the office, and a sink and restrooms down the hallway.

The office is 220 sq ft on the 10th floor with elevator access. You’ll be sharing the space with me - I run an industrial design studio - and one other creative. It’s a calm, organized environment, ideal for someone who values a quiet workspace. While the occasional meeting is no problem, this setup is best suited for someone who doesn’t need to be on calls all day.

The building offers 24/7 access, with keycard entry after hours. It has elevators and a locked mailroom on the ground floor for secure deliveries.
