We are moving out of our studio in Long Island City and hoping it can find its home with someone in this community.

We currently occupy two adjacent units (326 and 327) in Urban Yard Studios (21st St x 41st Ave in Long Island City) and we cut an opening between the studios so they can flow into each other. Each studio is 10.75’W x 19.75’L x 12’H.

It has incredible light (east facing wall of windows) and is in a really lovely building with a generous amount of amenities (kitchenette w fridge/freezer, coffee maker, copious bathrooms - including one single stall restroom, a utility sink) all while being ADA accessible in an elevator building.

A new tenant would ideally take both studios so they can enjoy this interior flow. But each studio can be rented individually. Rent is $1500 per studio ($3000 if you take both). All Utilities Included - Central HVAC. Fiber Wifi. Electric.
