Linens and basic utilities are provided. The apartment faces an inner courtyard, so it is removed from street noise. While quiet inside, the apartment is in the midst of cafes, restaurants, shops, bookstores, indie movie theaters and 1 block from most subways. Preference is given to an Individual professional who is quiet when at home, responsible, and respectful of the place and neighbors. No pets or smoking, sorry.
