Ethereal spacious venusian sanctuary with antiques.
Bedroom has full size bed with keetsa cloud mattress and soft sheets.
Clothing rack, shelf space, and entire dresser is available for use by subletter.
Spacious private living room with desk, couch, and ample floor space.
Would appreciate plant care, to be discussed! No smoking of anything in room.

House vibe is clean quiet conscientious, witchy in a low-key way, 1 is gone working all day most days, the other is getting her masters degree.

1 housemate (J/she) is on shared 1st floor with bathroom.

1 housemate (Z/she) is upstairs w second bathroom.

W/D downstairs.

We are looking for someone who is conscientious, cleans up after themselves and proactive about contributing to shared house care, on the quiet side (you’re welcome to have a friend over but mindful of noise and understanding this space is a sanctuary from the busyness of the city).
