My husband, our baby daughter, our (small, non-shedding) dog, and I are traveling to Paris early May - early June and we are looking for a rental or family with whom we can swap apartments. Would also be great for family/grandparents coming to the New York City area from Paris as our place is on the ground floor with an ample, private back patio. 

We are in search of at least a 1BR (no studios) either in an elevator building or a 2nd or 3rd floor walk-up at most. Crib included is a plus. Non-smoking and no cats, due to allergies. Our apartment is a 2BR (with a king in the main BR) and the second bedroom is a baby’s room with a crib. 

Our general timing is set, but we could be flexible on exact dates for the right opportunity. We’re looking to stay within the périphérique (open to options, but ideally 3rd/4th/11th/19th arrondissements). We are located in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn (close to F&F, Lucali, and all Court Street has to offer).

We’re a husband-and-wife publishing couple who live and work in NYC. We’ve both lived and traveled in France, are fluent French-speakers, and are meticulously tidy. We spend our time reading books, seeking out great restaurants, and taking strolls around the city. Our very polite, fully house-trained, and quiet poodle-terrier mix, Oscar, will be joining us as well — he only requires a cozy spot to snooze all day. Our daughter is also an excellent sleeper who is a happy-go-lucky tot who we're excited to introduce to our favorite city in the world.
