The Kitchen is fully equipped for the cook in you or the one who just likes options. Vitamix blender, air fryer, electric kettle, oven, stove, fridge, and all the cooking supplies you need to eat well without going out every night.

We have fast wifi for working and streaming.

The Bedroom
A thick foam mattress and silky organic cotton sheets under a fluffy down comforter make waking up difficult in the best possible way. Blackout curtains keep things as dark as you like, while two windows overlooking 7th Street let the neighborhood drift in when you're ready for it. An air purifier keeps the air clean and quiet, and a projector turns the room into your own private cinema.

And our shower is filtered, so you can enjoy healthy, chlorine-free soft water showers.

I am an actor, model and filmmaker from Maui Hawai'i.
I live between NYC and Maui and travel a lot for work. I am very clean, organized and health conscious, and love to be outside in nature doing all the action sports I love when I'm not working.

This is my friends apartment that I am managing for him while he travels since I have been doing the same for my own apartments for a few years now.

He is co-owner of Liftonic (one of the hottest new weight training classes in the city) as well as a yoga instructor and world traveler, often traveling to further his studies in yoga and fitness education.
