I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in a spacious, fully furnished apartment in the heart of the East Village. The sublet is available December 1 for an initial 3-month term, with the potential to extend through July 31 (the remainder of the lease). I’ll be away on a long trip and want someone reliable during this time.

The apartment has a large living room with two big TVs, a full kitchen, and easy roof access. The bedroom is move-in ready with a queen bed + frame, large desk, dresser, nightstand, mounted TV, and new AC unit. It gets great natural light from two large windows.

The building is located on 1st Avenue and St. Marks, surrounded by incredible restaurants, cafés, and nightlife. Multiple train lines are just a few minutes away (L, 6, N/R/W, and F), making commuting around the city simple.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with one roommate, a mid-20s professional who is chill, respectful, and easy to live with. It’s an ideal setup if you’re looking for a furnished rental in a lively and convenient neighborhood!
