Come stay in our art-filled, fully furnished 1BR/1.5BA lofted condo in East Williamsburg/Greenpoint, Brooklyn! The space includes a lofted office/workspace that can easily convert into a second bedroom—blackout curtains already installed in the living room for privacy. The condo is situated on the second floor of a 7-floor condominium.

Although we prefer subletting our space for the entire month, we will also consider longer or shorter stays. Just reach out with your timeframe so we can discuss.

We’re both artists and use this space as our creative home studio, so we especially love hosting fellow artists or creatives. Perfect for a solo guest or a couple.

Bonus: Our beloved houseplants will be staying—water them and we’ll take $20 off per week!
