We have a charming, private edit bay/workroom available in our comfy Burbank office!

LOCATION:
Just blocks from Disney Studios, close to Olive & Buena Vista St. This is a charming 2-bedroom house, designed to feel like you are NOT working at a boring office. Single story house, but there are a few steps on the front porch, leading to the front door.

PRICING:
We have several options available, starting at $400/wk. The price includes a 2023 Mac Studio with an Apple M2 Max chip and 96 GB Memory, 2 Apple Studio 27-inch displays, fiber internet, and access to the full Adobe Suite. The room also includes two Herman Miller rolling chairs, 2 adjustable standing desks, and a 48" TV and speakers for easy screenings.

Add-ons may include additional Mac Studio edit systems (up to 5 available), Server space, AE workstations, additional producer desks/computers, and more... just ask!

The whole office can be yours to work in privately, if preferred. Or you can just rent one office room/edit bay.

COMMON SPACE: Our office has a full bathroom and full kitchen, stocked with snacks, drinks, coffee machines, and a water cooler. Feel free to use the communal work table in the main room or the couch and TV in our cozy living room nook. For your convenience, we have a printer and personal heating/cooling units. Plus, there's always plenty of parking available in the neighborhood!

This could accommodate a short-term live/work situation as we do have a couch that converts to a bed.
