Welcome to my home in the heart of midtown Kingston! You will be close to all of the Kingston happenings, as well as a short drive to all that the Catskills and Hudson Valley have to offer.

It is a short walk to the midtown bars, restaurants, and music venues. Uptown Kingston (referred to as the Stockade District) is just 1.5 miles away, while downtown Kingston (referred to as the Rondout District) is just 1 mile down the hill. Both are incredibly walkable!

This house is packed with charm. With a gas-powered fireplace, screened-in porch and sitting room off the kitchen, this house is not short of cozy reading nooks.

The kitchen is fully stocked to meet your cooking and baking desires.

If you need work stations, there are also plenty of spots to post up with a laptop (and desks in both the living room and an upstairs bedroom). And you can close the laptop at the end of each day and walk to brewery down the street or hop on a bike and hit one of many nearby rail trails!

You'll have access to the full house - 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living & dining rooms, screened-in porch - as well as outdoor space with seasonal outdoor dining table.

There is also an apartment-like living space off the back of the house (with a full-sized murphy bed, full bathroom but no kitchen) if you need a 4th bedroom for visitors or just some extra temporary storage space during your stay here. (The only part of the house that you will not have access to is the attic where I keep personal belongings.)
