Surrounded by the kindest neighbors in the most idyllic complex with native plants. Most of the windows face west, so afternoons are flooded beautifully with light.

5-minute walk to Erewhon Silver Lake and Sunset Junction. 10-minute walk to Vermont/Santa Monica Metro station. Close to a medley of cute bars and cafes, all within walking distance.

Easy street parking and easy public transportation.

The place comes with a portable washing machine, AC, keyboard, and projector.

Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the prices (unless the utilities cost more than $100 a month--in that case, I'd ask the subletter to pay the difference).

Looking for someone who is clean, quiet, and respectful of the space, can care for my plants, and **most importantly** can care for my sweet 8-year-old cat, Angus, the entire time. (MUST be a cat lover and NO other pets!)

$2000/month, or $4000 for the entire time from June 16th-August 16th. Looking ideally for someone who can stay for this whole time period.

I am an academic who will be travelling this summer for my research. I put a lot of care into my home, given that it's my main place of work, so I am seeking someone who is considerate and clean to care for my space! My cat Angus is dearest to me, so I'm looking for someone who will give him much care and love <3
