Location is Fantastic. Across the street from excellent restaurants: Cafe Collette and Hotel Delmano, Cheese Boat and the very new and beautiful restaurant called Mexi. Great restaurants, shops, cafes, music venues, Whole foods and Trader Joes all within 5 blocks of my apartment. 3 blocks from the beautiful waterfront and north side East River Ferry. 3 blocks from McCarren Park and the wonderful Saturday Farmers market. 2 blocks from L train that can get you into the East Village in Literally 7 minutes. Art studios down the street, 1/2 block from Berry Street which is a pedestrian walkway during the day.
Flea markets, Holiday markets are steps away.
I am the leaseholder of the apartment. I keep my home very tidy and I am looking for someone who is very quiet and respectful of this family building. I have lived and worked in this neighborhood since the early 90’s. Actually most of my neighbors have lived here for over 25 years. We all look out for each other.
I have 2 great teenage children.
We have seen so many changes happen in our neighborhood throughout the years. I’m passionate about supporting our amazing local establishments.
I was a professional dancer. I currently am a massage therapist and now getting a graduate degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. For the last 15 years I have had my own practice here in Williamsburg and in Prospect Heights.
My four favorite getaways is to our families very old, very remote cottage in Wales, Selhurst Park in south London (if you are a Palace fan you are family),our home in France deep in the Pyrenees and this apartment! I love it here, love this community, love NYC.
