The apartment is on the first floor of a large pre-war building complex. There is one set of roughly 8 stairs leading up to the apartment door.

There are no pets in the space.

Fully furnished bedroom contains a bed, dresser, and seating area. The room is truly huge! Room for rent is in the final two photos.

Subletter would also pay utilities, roughly $100/month.
