2bed, 1bath ground floor apartment in Sunnyside. We are traveling for work, so we are subletting our furnished apartment May 5-June 5.

There's a full-size bed in the main bedroom, and a twin bed in the second bedroom/office. The second room also has a desk.

Living room has a TV, desk, couch, and smart bulb lighting. There is a back patio with seating you can feel free to use (shared only with our upstairs neighbors. We are in a duplex, so just these 2 units).

Kitchen has microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and small table/chairs.

We are on a quiet street and are a 5-min walk from the 7 train, the 40th St. stop. About 20 mins from Manhattan. Lots of good restaurants around, and there is a weekend farmer's market one block down.

We would love to rent to someone tidy who can maintain a reasonably quiet space during nighttime hours. No pets, please.

About This Lister

Laura and Brent - Laura is an actor and ESL teacher, and Brent is a musician and game developer. We love living in Queens and have lived in this apartment for most of this year. We often work from home, which is why the apartment has two desk spaces. Laura is traveling for a theater contract in the Midwest for the month of May, so Brent will be joining her there.
We keep a tidy space, and are in good touch with the landlord. When you visit the space, one of us (Brent or Laura) will show you around. We can also do video tours.
