Hi! I am looking for a quiet, low maintenance /easygoing subletter from June 5th for a minimum of 2 months. The apt will be vacant on the 5th but we can discuss an earlier move-in, if needed. I’m flexible with dates but asking for a minimum of 2 months as I am not planning on returning to nyc until later in the summer.

The bedroom is huge (17x12 feet) and is located at the rear of the house so it is very quiet. The apt is furnished and living room has a dining table and brand new couch. The space works perfectly as a one bedroom since the apt itself is an entire first floor and bedrooms are on opposite end with mine having its own entrance and office.

The apt has old school charm , plenty of square footage and privacy so if you rather skip the roommate drama and have your own place then this might be perfect!
There is unfortunately no laundry, backyard access and the rent is priced accordingly. One person only please. Heat , hot water, internet and cooking gas included. Electric not included.( I will send a screenshot of electric bill)

The place is located in awesome Bushwick on the Ridgewood border and there are plenty restaurants, bars, shops nearby. The DeKalb L and M train are less than 5 mins walk and the Jefferson L is just a stroll away.

My son and i lived in the apt for over 10yrs and still have some artwork on the kitchen wall which I can remove if you prefer. I enjoy traveling and have many art books you can peruse at your leisure.
