• The building was built in 2023! I moved in March 2024
• Duplex consists of 1 bed, 1.5 bath, and a backyard
• Bedroom is furnished with a queen mattress with a down comforter
• Downstairs has 2 full beds stacked on each other (which you can use separately if you'd like) + a couch
• You can use the adjustable height desk, with 32" Dell monitor
• Spare linens, pillows, quilts available
• Dining table fits up to 12 guests (chairs/stools included)

AMENITIES
• Washer/dryer, individual split unit A/C's
• Fully stocked kitchen + microwave + dishwasher
• High-speed wifi

LOCATION
• I live near Lincoln Terrace Park with LOTS of tennis courts
• 3 Citibike stations nearby
• 7min walk to the 3/4 Utica-Crown Heights subway line
• Lots of parking available on both side streets of Eastern Parkway, read the signs

OTHER NOTES
• Pets allowed
• I provide an access code for the front door and key in a lockbox
• I provide all necessities: towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hair dryer, coffee, tea
