We are excited to host respectful and quiet people in our beautiful and carefully decorated one bedroom apartment in the City Terrace Neighborhood of East LA. This space has high ceilings, concrete floors and lots of beautiful light. Even though the living space is not shared, this is one half of a duplex and the walls are shared so hope our guests will be mindful of loud noises in respect of other tenants.

This is a newly remodeled house, fully furnished with everything you should need.

Please be aware that this is a city neighborhood and there is only street parking available and it can be tough sometimes to find a spot right out front if you are planning on bringing a car.
