* Space for a desk/work area since I’ll be studying from home often
* Laundry in-building or in-unit is a big plus
* Quiet, cozy, and well-kept space
* Walkable neighborhood with cafés, grocery stores, and green space nearby

* I’m originally from South Korea and moving to New York for school
* I work with children through my education business and have spent the past several years teaching and building programs for young learners
* I plan to continue studying education in New York
* I’m responsible, clean, respectful, and very considerate of the spaces I live in
* Quiet at home overall and I really value a calm, comfortable living environment
