The bathroom and the laundry room are both off the main living area. The laundry features a full-sized washer & dryer.

Finally, the back deck is located right off of the living area, featuring a grill, dining set and an fully-enclosed changing room + outdoor shower. A large, fenced-in backyard with a 15ft x 15ft stone patio and hammock awaits just beyond the deck - the ultimate amenity for Fire Island living.

Head 3 minutes (walk) to the north and you're in downtown Ocean Beach for shopping, dining, outdoor markets & ice cream.

We're Brian & Melissa and have been homeowners on the island since 2015. What attracted us to Fire was the proximity to our home in Brooklyn, but the "world away" feel when we're out here. A wonderful & serene playground for adults and kids alike - as our toddler would attest.
