Hello,
We are an academic and artistic family of three seeking a long-term, unfurnished 2-bedroom (or larger) apartment to call home. Good windows and natural sunlight are important to us, as is proximity to a laundromat or on-site laundry.
We are looking for a location in Manhattan, or accessible areas of Brooklyn and Queens, with easy access to the 1, A/C/E, B/D/F/M, 4/5/6, L, or N/R/Q/W lines for efficient daily communiting to Chelsea, Astor Place, and UWS/West Harlem.
We are an academic and artistic family of three. I am tenure-track at the SUNY Fashion Institute of Technology (attaining tenure in January 2027), and my two teenage sons are focusing on high school and conservatory jazz studies.
We maintain a peaceful, non-smoking, and respectful household. Outside of work and school, our family loves art, nature, distance running, surfing, fencing, glassblowing, sketching, reading, and cooking. Joining us is our sweet, 12-year-old neutered dog who is small (15 lb.), non-shedding, and very friendly.
